Look out for your emails
When you place your order, you should receive both the emails below. If you don't receive these, please let us know at support@order.macmillan.org.uk.
1) The first email will tell you that your order has been received.
2) A second email will follow containing your PDF proof(s) attached. This may take an hour or two to appear in your mailbox. Approve these and your order is placed. Badges come in the post in a few days.

Please remember there's a production and delivery cost to Macmillan, and personalised items are non-returnable. Double-check your badge details before ordering and ensure delivery instructions are clear for couriers.
