Whether you’re affected by cancer, are a healthcare professional, or are doing your best to support us, Macmillan Orders can provide you with the information and materials you need.

While on the site, you can browse most items and download cancer information and other digital resources without an account. You'll need to create an account to access our physical resources: once you’ve created an account and logged in you'll be able to order our cancer information booklets, or materials to promote your service or fundraising events, for free.

Orders are processed through our warehouse which can take a few days to prepare and despatch. Some orders, usually merchandise, might also need approval – these can take longer to be approved so please try and give yourself plenty of time so we can get everything out to you. Unfortunately, in certain circumstances we may not be able to provide you with everything you've requested. Should that happen, we'll be in touch by e-mail to tell you what you need to do next.
