About Macmillan Orders

We’re really pleased you’ve found the Macmillan Orders website. If you’re an existing user, you’ll have noticed this replaces be.Macmillan. We’ve made a whole load of changes to help you find and order things more easily, but some things will still be familiar. As before, you can browse most items without logging in and can download cancer information and other resources for yourself or for your patients. To order anything, you’ll be asked to create an account and login. You can then access and order resources to promote and run your fundraising and service promotional events. If you’re a Macmillan professional or member of staff and were previously registered on be.Macmillan, you should have received something asking you to activate your new account.  

Orders are processed through our warehouse which can take a few days to prepare and despatch. Also, some orders, usually merchandise, might need approval and can take longer to be approved so please try and give yourself plenty of time so we can get everything out to you.
