Ongoing technical issues
Our warehouse operator has informed us of ongoing technical issues they are experiencing that are preventing them from fulfilling orders. As a consequence of this, we have taken the difficult decision to pause any orders from being submitted through the Macmillan Orders website for the time being. During this time cancer information can still be accessed in downloadable PDF format.

All of our cancer information booklets are available in downloadable PDF format. These PDFs can be accessed through the individual product pages on the Macmillan Orders website, or through the main Macmillan Cancer Support website.
Some of our booklets are also available in eBook and audiobook formats. Please check individual product pages to identify the formats available for each resource.

Unfortunately at present we are unable to distribute any branded merchandise in support of fundraising events or activities.

If you placed an order between the 24 and 27 February and have not received an order despatch confirmation e-mail then your order will not have been fulfilled.
