Macmillan volunteers play a crucial role in enabling us to be there for people living with cancer. Whether you support our fundraising collections, support people with cancer within our Buddy service, or speak about Macmillan to others in your local community, your contribution as a Macmillan volunteer means everything to us.
Our Volunteer Handbook is designed to help you get off to the best start on your volunteering journey and to support you throughout your time at Macmillan, so that you can make the most of it. As well as explaining the support available to you, it also outlines Macmillan's plans for the future and the vital role you will play in helping us achieve them.
We will update the Volunteer Handbook periodically to ensure it reflects our latest policies and processes. The latest version can always be found on Macmillan Orders, Assemble (our volunteer management system) and our website.
