Ongoing technical issues

Our warehouse operator has informed us of ongoing technical issues they are experiencing that are preventing them from fulfilling orders. As a consequence of this, we have taken the difficult decision to pause any orders from being submitted through the Macmillan Orders website for the time being.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause. We are working to rectify this situation as fast as possible and we will continue to revise our FAQ with updates when we are able to do so.
